Spring Fair: May 22, 2026

Date: Friday, May 22, 2026, 3-7 PM 

Location: St. Patrick’s Elementary School (School Gym and Church/School Parking Lot)We are excited to welcome vendors to our annual Spring Fair! This event brings together our school community and neighbors for a fun-filled day of games, entertainment, and shopping.We’re looking for vendors offering:

• Handmade goods
• Clothing & accessories
• Toys & children’s items
• Art & crafts
• Unique gifts and more!

Food vendors are welcome too — please ensure you have the proper permits and documentation required to sell food in our jurisdiction.  

• St. Patrick’s Elementary and Highschool Students: $25
• Other Students: $30
• Alumni Businesses: $30
• Vendors (non-alumni): $50
• Food Trucks / Food Vendors: Profit sharing model (see below)

Fees include a space at the fair and promotion in our event materials.

Instead of a flat fee, we are offering food vendors the opportunity to participate in a profit-sharing agreement. This helps make the fair affordable while ensuring both vendors and the school benefit.

• Suggested split: 15–20% of sales donated back to the school.
• No upfront vendor fee.
• Vendors keep the remainder of sales.
